When I first began reading Natalie Goldberg I thought... what can I learn from this tree kissing, lesbian, Jewish, weirdo?The answer was...EVERYTHING! I still hear her twangy voice reminding me to add the details, listen to the sounds of the words, and to just keep on writing.
